I rarely leave a review online but this one I had to! Recently listed an apartment with Jon and I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service. I truly enjoyed working with Jon’s team (specially Sylvia). The attention to detail and how organized they operate is truly outstanding. As a professional who is dealing with million things everyday I really appreciated how they took things off my shoulder and “made it happen”. I interviewed multiple Realtors and I ended up choosing Jon because A) his knowledge for the area, and B) he clearly laid out his strategy on how he plans to highlight the unit’s strong features as well as targeting the right demographic. Lastly, his ability to execute fast and not waste any time was a big plus. Within days unit was cleaned, photographed, staged, and listed. If you have a house or an apartment in North Vancouver that you wish to market, definitely interview Jon before you decide on a Realtor.
